I sent a patient for pain evaluation to Dr. Sanjiv at Center for Pain Control, As soon as my client got out of her appointment, she called me to let me know Dr. Sanjiv was extremly rude to her and didn't provide her with the medical attention she deserves, all because apparently the appointment was cancelled (I already checked with his staff and everything was correct and the appointment was scheduled), and regardless, there is no reason to treat anyone badly. I'm very impressed with Dr. Jain's and his staff (Joshua, Maria, Elaine, Gabriel, Mayra) bedside manner. I didn't want to leave. Dr. Jain's smile and positive vibe made my Saturday morning.
