When I retired from HRMC I knew who I wanted as my primary care md Dr. Nittin Jain. I had watched him care for all sorts & ages of patients. He was always kind & attentive. Until my mothers passing, he was her physician. He now cares for my mentally handicapped sister in the most compassionate way. I trust him implicitly.
Dr. Jain is knowledgeable, caring, and effective at treating issues. He stays on schedule, so you should as well. Because I missed some appointments, the doctor/his office exercised their right to stop seeing me as a patient, which I respect. He and the office still get 5 stars from me because of their fantastic work.
My husband became Dr. Jain's patient after an emergency room visit. We both have been patients now since Dec 2014. Dr. Jain is available when necessary, attentive to the patient, and explains his thoughts well. We both recommend him. The office is efficient and well run.
Dr. Jain is always great when I go to him, for whatever reason. He listens and explains everything in very common terms. He never seems to be in a rush when I see him and takes time with me.
Dr. Jain seems to care about his patients. Although he does like to rush through sometimes. Maybe his patient load is too much. That might be why his front office receptionist was so mean. This person should not be working in this postion. She is rude and very inconsiderate.
I drove from Georgia to make this appointment and they discharged me for rescheduling my appointment too many times. So I lost all this time with my dad. The office staff was rude to add the cherry on top. I'm sorry that my father is more important than calling.
Dr. Jain is a professional and courteous person. He does not make you feel rushed and takes his time evaluating and explaining medical conditions.
