Jaime catered a dinner for ~10 colleagues at home last week. She was excellent. I had reached out to her just 3 days before the event but she was very flexible - adapted the menu to changing requirements, was very communicative throughout the process and we had fluctuating numbers, but she took it in her stride and switched from plated dinners to family sharing and threw in a couple of hors d'oeuvres that were not originally planned. Chef Jaime took our party vision to new heights! Not only did she get totally down with our wild theme but she really elevated all of the ideas we had. All of our guests complimented the food, the presentation and as a party co-host I can say that Jaime and her team made it so so easy. Hire her for your next event and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Chef Jamie was incredible. Professional, brought all of the dinnerware and even designed the menus for a private lunch at my home for 8 people. Her Caribbean menu is to DIE for. We had the tropical salad, tamarind wings, jerk chicken and seafood Rasta pasta and it was some of the best Jamaican food I’ve had. She used our kitchen and left everything in pristine condition. Would highly recommend to anyone who is hosting a lunch/ dinner and wants an elevated experience.
