Flowers are fresh and good with her, you can consider buying frsh flowers and beattle leaves with her. She says she has banana leaves as well but neva tried, they have good panche and shalya sets.
We ordered two garlands for our wedding and both were the wrong garlands. I booked through Scarborough Convention Center and was not happy that the chosen garlands were not given. It was confirmed by the person over phone and message but it was still wrong. I also tried getting malli poo from them the day before and when it was opened after purchasing it it was slightly going bad. Funny seeing the bad reviews as I have also had a bad experience and for that reason will not be supporting this business. Asked if they had any Kaliamma items and was judged IMMEDIATELY... The auntie said something super rude and disrespectful about Kaliamma and my worship of her.... It's okay if you do not know much about your OWN CULTURE but do not judge me for my worship... This place had horrible customer service. The lady working there was not very welcoming. We traveled from NY and wanted fresh flowers and she changed the price very quickly. The flowers were not fresh and we had mentioned its quite a lot, $18 for NOT fresh flowers. She did not even try to sell fresh flowers, she said ok, grabbed the flowers..bye! Very rude and not sure how a place like this exists. You should hire people that know how to treat their customers.
