Excellent service, gets done quickly and the service advisor, Victor Avalos is great to work with!
Love the brand new 2024 Range Rover, however, the HVAC system wasn't designed properly. We can't cool the second or third rows. Have been told by two dealerships this is a design flaw in this model and there's nothing the service departments can do to correct this issue. They acknowledge it's a real problem and that JLR also knows about it. It's actually dangerous to place our toddler and dogs in the second or third rows.
