Our salesperson, Mitch, was great. He was personable without being pushy and was ver knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. There was a little trouble with the transport of the car we purchased but was worked out. Probably the only real negatives were 1) the amount of time it took to settle the purchase. Lots of waiting. The worst follow ups by this company ever. We have left 11 messages about a payment that they owe Northwest Autobody and Towing in Sandpoint Idaho. We had an agreed apon price with there Manager Nicholas for fixing one of there customer cars up here in Sandpoint. Now that we are trying to get paid for the repairs and never get a call back. We are just a small co. Trying to do the correct thing. Nicholas has many messages to call us back and nothing. Sad

We have had nothing but a positive experience when dealing with Autonation. Spokane is fortunate to have competent Volvo mechanical service available here and the ability to provide warranty work without driving or having our cars towed to Seattle or Billings.

I had narrowed down to a couple of brands a performance small SUV. Having experienced the professionalism of Bob Young when he sold my sister in law her 2011 XF Jaguar, I decided to stop in and talk to Bob about the F-Pace.
