RecommendedI worked with Jordan over the phone for a few days because I live about 250 miles out of town/ He was awesome and accommodating and got all the paperwork set up ahead of time. When I arrived, Jordan was not available but he had already filled Holly in on everything that was needed. They had my car out front with a big bow on it! Holly even followed me back to the rental car shop to drop off the car and filled my new car with gas for the ride back! I am a very happy owner!!
Micaela, Jordan and the rest of the crew at Jaguar Spokane did a great job taking care of me! I'm not the easiest guy to deal with and they put up with my grumpy self with smiles and service. They made the experience truly pleasurable and went out of their way to make things work for me. They made the experience of buying a Jaguar what it should be, special. They found us exactly what we wanted. There was no games! When we had a question, Amanda was on it and if she could answer it , the manager was on the phone to the previous owner to find the answer. I would highly recommend 😀

I just relocated from the Detroit area and needed to have my car serviced. I interacted with Julio in the service department and wow, what exceptional service. Responsive, VERY professional, cordial, quick turnaround. Not only did Julio quickly locate all the info/history on my car, he looked up and printed out documentation on how to update my GPS system, something my old dealership never addressed in spite of my expressed concerns about some issues I was having with the GPS. Just bought an F Pace from Jaguar Spokane. The sales team was very responsive and helpful and provided far better service than the dealerships I dealt with in Dallas. Flew up to Spokane, was picked up at the airport, closed the purchase and drove back. Well worth the time and expense.
The service department at Jaguar Spokane has greatly improved since the previous owners. Paul was very professional and arranged a ride back to Cheney for me as the service would likely take more than a couple of hours. The young man who drove me to Cheney, and then picked me up seven hours later, was pleasant and thoughtful. He also washed the car before I left and remembered something I mentioned in passing. He fixed some loose trim before returning the car. I will now be happy to have future service done here.
Cale the sales manager made the buying process painless. We were able to purchase our new F-Pace from 300 miles away! Zach and Francois delivered our vehicle on time and spent their Saturday teaching us how to get the most out of our new purchase. They then drove our 2 trade-in’s back to Spokane! From beginning to end, we were treated with respect and we would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Jaguar of Spokane!!
I have nothing but positive things to say about Jaguar Land Rover Spokane. They were very helpful with me buying a car from one of their Auto Nation dealers in California. It took a while finding transport because of the fires but all went well in the end. Francois Chaker the GM was very kind, and his crew did everything I asked. Really nice and professional people. I will do business with them again in the future.
