Terrible customer service!! Talked to Jessie Anderson parts manager and received no resolution, he said he would call me back seemed sincere and nothing. I called back after a week to follow up, let a voice mail message and and still didn't call be back. $460 custom part they gave me based on their mechanics professional part needed, they are pieces of and I would never do business with a company like THAT!!! HORRIBLE NO THANK YOU!!!
First time for service. Michelle is incredible!!! Super helpful. She even arraigned for a driver to take us to a Restaurant nearby. Highly recommend!!
I have taken all my cars over the years to (4) Jaguar Range Rover of Tacoma Fife. You can spend more or less in places getting your car fixed. But the difference has always been the customer service, without that you got nothing. When something happens and you need to talk they have always been there . Answering the phone or calling you back same day is important to get you taken care of. But most importantly there is never any surprises, what they say they are going to do they do, be it good or bad news you get it up front.... read more
I've been getting my Jaguar serviced here every year for 15 years now. The people and service have always been great.
Fantastic service department with communicative, efficient employees who truly care about you. Michelle in particular is fantastic. The waiting area is nicely appointed with snacks, drinks, coffee, tea, and HGTV. I love to get my home decorating juices flowing while having a nice hot cup of coffee and remotely working. Bathrooms are spotless and everyone is very friendly. If you don't need a loaner this is a nice place to relax while waiting for your car. Text updates and communication was appreciated.
