Had to make two trips regarding a grinding sound coming from the under body of the automobile. Upon second trip, was informed the issue had been resolved, within a day after receiving the automobile the same sounds reoccurred while in motion. I was lucky enough to get Steve as my Salesperson. I had called about a used trade in and from start to finish felt like I was buying a brand new Range Rover by the way I was treated. Steve was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, responsive. He even gave me pink plates for my daughters car. Vinny also helped out and was just as wonderful. This dealership is absolutely top notch and has firmly established themselves as the best in the area. From Matt, the service manager, to the service team and mechanics - we were greeted with utmost respect, transparency and friendliness - which is hard to come by in a dealership. Will definitely continue our service here from now on!
Very efficient and friendly service. Clear explanation as to the work to be done and the cost and all completed as promised and on time. Also gave me a “loaner” car which was a great help. Very satisfied and will continue to use them when work has to be done.
