Owned a 2009 XF, Service Dept after i was switched to Jay Jackson took excellent care of everything and made me feel welcome and like family every time. Great communication during car being in service. Recently upgraded to a 2017 XE and loving it so far and pretty sure Jay will take care of the car in the service dept as well.

A great place to take my Jaguar for all service needs, very friendly and professional staff. Completed my annual service ahead of schedule and a courtesy car wash. Jay Jackson (Service Advisor) is the best!!

When my jaguar XF broke down going through Tennessee. Jaguar had it towed to Nashville Jaguar and my service Advisor Jay Jackson took care of me like I was part of the family. The part for my car would not be in until the next day so he made sure I got to a hotel, had dinner and made sure that I got reimbursed for all of it. Now I don’t know about all the Jaguar dealerships but Nashville took care of old boy.
I have been into the dealership twice for service and was very impressed on both occasions. Everyone there seems very helpful and interested in what is happening and the communication from Jay was excellent. I knew what was happening every step of the way.
