I was very well taken care of, my car was promptly worked on and my made some friends along the way. Erik Lundquist was a real pro (customers can a handful… I mean, it’s my CAR haha), even offered to show me his correspondence with JLR regarding a software issue… didn’t have to do that, and I appreciated his considering how to reassure the customer.
