I was looking at reviews before purchasing at this dealership. When there are bad reviews, the owner will sit there and be super unprofessional instead of apologizing and trying to make the client not feel seen or unheard. I will not be purchasing from this dealership due to the responses of the President.

I rarely write reviews but unfortunately my experience here was so poor, it's worth taking the time to inform others. I bought my Jaguar F-type R from this dealership. I've had three seperate issues with the car, all under warranty, and each time service was handled poorly. The first time was a tire issue, I couldn't drive the car and had to have it towed in. Not a huge deal, but after using AAA to get it there, a service rep mentioned to me that Jaguar would have come and gotten it for free since it was a warranty issue. Th... read more

Erik, Nick and Josh in Service have done a great job taking care of my F-Type R convertible, which has been there more often than I'd like!
