I've purchased multiple vehicle from them, service department has had some turnover. Service advisor couldn't be bothered to call me before the service department closed, after specifically telling me I'd get a call in the morning. Service is making all repairs difficult and keep blaming my extended warranty that I purchased from the dealership.
Had my Range Rover towed to Fields Jaguar Land Rover Volvo Madison 11/14 before we moved cross country, told them to order and program a new key. Instead, on several occasions, called 3 times or more with no answers, technicians didn't show to work and service advisor Mike said his solution to the issue was "spending hours 'tinkering' with it, turning the key hundreds of times til our hands are tired and one in a hundred it works". The sales people there are literally a box of rocks. I had problems the second I walked in and ended up not doing business with them. They over priced a car and continued to lie to my face about a car I was going to buy. When they lost me as a customer the GM then kept calling and texting me on my private cell phone until I answered. I have never been so disappointed in a dealership in my life. Being 25 and a female they definitely made my first experience buying a car horrible.
