I've dealt with numerous BMW and Range Rover dealerships over the years and he is BY FAR the most knowledgable and customer focused advisor I have ever experienced! He is smart, honest, extremely friendly and lives up to every promise he makes...including following up and returning calls promptly. My service experience with Mike has been EXCEPTIONAL! ...you are very lucky yo have him on your team!

My husband and I stopped in to look at trucks yesterday. We were there for at least 15 minutes and not one person asked us if we needed anything. And it wasn't the first time. My husband has been there a couple weeks prior and had the same experience!

The service I received was horrendous. Took my car for general maintenance service. Had to take it back the day after due to overheating. Got charged for something that should have been take care during the routine check up, but drove it anyways...the next day it overheated again in Ocean City Maryland. Took it to OC Motors for repair. Was told that the problem should have been taken care off at the first check up . They added coolant, but didnt change the radiator hoses that was the main reason the car was overheating.
