$300 head light bulb and 4 hours of wait time. Place is a joke. Not only will I never buy a LR again but I sure as hell won’t take the one I have back for service.

Made my 1st appointment with this dealership and brought my 18 Discovery HSE LUX in for warranty service due to the windshield leaking issue plaguing the new Discovery’s. The Service Director, Steve Miller refused to issue the loaner vehicle that had been reserved for me because “he didn’t know me and didn’t have a relationship with me” based on my out state license and secondary IDs I produced. I recently took my Range Rover Sport in for an unscheduled service due to a software glitch. I was extremely happy that they squeezed me in that morning, updated the software modules and ran other diagnostic tests to ensure no other issues or updates pending. Thank you Service Department and Mike K. I also inquired about a remote start. Very rude customer service
Why make a customer if you gotta be rude, disprespecful and arrogant with him? The Staff needs trainings in common courtesy, etiquettes & customer service especially dealing with ethnic backgrounds. Don't get a customer if y'all can't retain one.
