Badly need to improve the customer service

I recommend that anyone in the area come here and see Robert to get their vehicle. Initially I went to Range Rover Alexandria and I felt they didn’t everything to ensure I didn’t come back, completely off putting me to the make all together...then my guy found Robert who did everything to ensure I did one back! And ohhh did I enjoy pulling off the lot in my New Velar!!!! Thanks Robert, you made all the difference 😁
Travis is an amazing sales person. I never felt pushed or forced into anything. He was very professional and courtesy. Josh was our Finance Manager and he was excellent as well! He worked our deal for a full day and was patient as we asked questions about the financial aspect of our new investment. Greg the Sales Manager was great to talk with as well, he made us feel comfortable about the process as well. Thank you all! Excellent team and great service!
This is the worste dealership in MD. Salesman Calvin Boggon is a CROOK!!! Do not do business with him... He sells you the car then refuses to help you afterwards when a problem occurs. I'm contacting DMV now to have his license TAKEN...if he has one. Very unprofessional and DISRESPECTFUL. I would not recomment ANYONE ever buying a car from him. He hung up the phone on me after he collected the commission. CROOK CROOK CROOK CROOK CROOK CROOK CROOK!!!

This place will scam you. Beware... I bought a 2012 BMW 335i convertible on Mar 31 2018. I started having problems with the car 1-2 months after purchase. The tires we completely bad and kept needing air every 300 miles, the service light came on 2 months after purchase. I've only driven 1800 miles in 4 months. And now the car starts and stalls then dies with several minutes. I call the dealership and they essential say... sorry it's your problem now.
