Kathy was as previously helpful and friendly and the work got done. I am a "regular" and may not buy another Volvo as this S-80 with 91,000 miles on it is so good that it may last another 7 years-we do about 7500-8000 miles/year- whch would bring me to age 80 when my wife says I have to give up driving and owning a car.
Michael, the service associate who helped me with the car, was great. Followed up to tell me several times when the car would be ready and was kind and courteous. Very professional. Thanks!
