Sales experience was great like it should be. First time today for service was awful I thought I was in a ford dealership. To me who’s ever managing that department needs to take a better look at what’s going on. And how the employees are with customers.
DO NOT GO HERE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. In my opinion WORST DEALERSHIP IN COUNTRY. Let me start out by saying my family member worked at elder ford at the time of repair, as well as me being lifelong friends with Mike Dauod, pre-owned manager at elder ford. I figured they would at least treat me good based on this. They were both threatened to be fired when I made a review when this happened if I did not take the review down. Thanks for making America Great Again!! It’s interesting but not surprising how I was invisible at your dealership. I arrived around 10:20am and parked directly in front of the entrance and the only person spoke to me was Denise. All the sales folks were huddled in one office. I walked all around the front getting in and out of the different vehicles and still no one spoke. After the meeting dispersed no one still approached me. Wow!! Not a great dealership if you're planning on buying from out of state! Worked with Anthony in sales and he was great to work with! Really responsive, seemed honest, and just a genuine guy. We negotiated price, came to an agreement, and I thought everything was good to go. I started to make financing and shipping arrangements and the next day Anthony told me his manager wanted to, "try and sell the car locally," instead of selling it to me. Our deal was off. Great service for my 2016 XF. Adam took care of me with a loaner vehicle while the work was being performed so my day wasn't interrupted at all. Even though it was raining, they had my car cleaned and parked inside when I came to pick it up. Great service all around, definitely recommend.
We have had a bad experience with this location every time our vehicle has needed work. From scheduling a repair time ( they cancel and don't call), saying your vehicle will be picked up by a certain time and showing up 4 hours later, to not even vacuuming the interior or washing the exterior after the repair. This happened twice. The first time they apologized and said that they would take care of it the next time. Today my car was dropped off messier than they picked it up. My service advisor(Adam Bouchard)was on point in every way and totally professional. I did not meet my service technican, (Anthony Hernandez) but he has my vehicle together. Every employee greeted me and it felt earnest.
I am Sharing this link and advertisement only to SUGGEST that You DO NOT Do business with Either of the Jaguar/ Land Rover Dealerships Owned by the Elder Automotive Group. Their Service Dept and Loaner Vehicles is the WORST I have Ever Experienced. The Service Manager Keith at Lakeside leaves me the impression that he has to personally pay for the vehicles he loans out and when you have a complaint he is the only one to go to.
