One of the best car buying experiences we have had. Matt Hinkley was great! He made our trade-in easy and explained all options for our 2019 Land Rover Discovery, until we knew what we wanted to do. He answered any and all questions and was very friendly. He also took the time to go over the Discovery with us before we left the lot. Everyone we met was extremely nice; it couldn’t have gone any smoother. We look forward to coming back and working with Matt in the future.

When jaguar Land Rover of lakeside delivers your vehicle to you after service, sometimes they bring you breakfast too (since they knew you were working midnights and a double shift) thank you for the impeccable customer service and always taking the best care of me and my vehicle. Couldn’t be happier with the service they provide!
They can't, lacking transparency and ethics. Worst place to buy any kind of automobile from them. There are reasons why car buying experience sucks, because of the dealership like Land Rover Lakeside. They made deal with me on the certain $ amount, asked me to fill credit application online( application got approved, adjust number based on the result), but never got back to me about the delivery or pick of the car.
