Great follow up by Kalani. Even though they had sold the vehicle I inquired about, she followed up with something similar. I didn't buy but I appreciated the follow up. Very professional.
The sales person was polite, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the car that we wanted was sold moments before we showed up.
They had the car I was looking for sale and finance were both helpful.
The dealer contacted me right away. They were very responsive and answered my questions promptly.
Pick the car up on Friday the truck started giving me messages that Dell air shocks was failing return the truck back to the dealership on Monday because the dealership will not take it the following Saturday trying to get my funds back but will not return my money so they’re trying to fix the problem but yet still have not fixed it from a scale from 1 to 5 I read them a one because they are a reparable dealership I should not have to type trouble to have my money back also just caution I’ve been inspected before they sold i... read more
