The “sales” man didn’t really try to educate me of any of the features. Isn’t this a part of selling? I’ve been looking at a few models and I’m a reasonably busy person. A quick refresh at the dealership is helpful. He was argumentative versus informative. I asked what other similar vehicles he had because I like to know my options. His response: you know your options. That’s how you ended up here. Really!?! Okay, done. Keep your car. Its not that great anyway. Lol
Very good customer service
Sales person seemed totally unprepared for our pre arranged meeting. The car was not only NOT pulled up, but we had to wait a half hour for him to retrieve it from the shop. In the meantime we asked what was being fixed. His response: Everything. Say what? Well, everything it needed to have. What does that mean? We walked out. Will not return to this dealer.
The car has been sold for some time, yet the listing is still active. This was disappointing and unnecessary wasted time.
I found this online on Sunday, then test drove, purchased and took delivery the very next day. Smooth, easy transaction. Extremely pleased with the overall experience. This is the second vehicle I have bought from JLR Houston Central. I will continue to give them my business.
