RecommendedMy 2013 Jaguar XK required a new front crankcase gasket, and the technicians at Jim Coleman Jaguar Land Rover did an awesome job. I also received a comprehensive diagnostic report on my Jaguar’s condition, and future maintenance requirements. I plan to use this jaguar service department again, for future maintenance of my vehicle.
Craig Giddens is an amazing salesman with Jaguar Land Rover Hennessy - he helped my fiancé and I order my perfect F-Type and truly has become more of a friend afterwards with extended help during a unique situation shortly after. Couldn’t recommend him more. If taking your jag or rover to service, Pete Bond is your man! Must like thorough communication, friendliness, & knowledge! This will be the last land rover I purchase. I’ve had a bad experience with servicing my Land Rover all over a seat heater. They’ve had my car since the 14th and my husband nor I can even get anyone to talk to us on the phone now. We will be going there tomorrow to get my still broken seat heater car because I’m over not having my own vehicle that I’m still very much so making car payments on. I expect more from a luxury brand.
