Great customer service! Elena is my fave, she carefully reviews the service needed, makes sure I understand what's being done. She texts me to get approval for any unexpected work. I never feel that I'm being taken advantage of. Last time I picked up my truck, it looked so clean and new, I didn't recognize it. I thought she made a mistake and was giving me another loaner!
Had my LR4 service your employee Frank who picked up my vehicle and dropping off my loaner was very polite and professional. Vehicle was ready when promised. Will recommend to family and friends To visited your dealership.
