I’ve been a customer at JLR Fairfield since 2017 and just purchased a second vehicle from them because the customer service is outstanding! We could go to the location near us but we love the way David Symington and Leo Caputo take care of us and make us feel like family. We’re very happy with our purchase and will continue to go back!
They have had my 1 year old Range Rover for 8 weeks and can’t figure out how to repair it and have no ETA of when it might be done. I’ve been told a thousand false promises and I have no hope of this dealership or Corporate actually fixing my 1 year old $95k list car. Buyer beware - the products don’t work and this dealer can’t repair their vehicles and corporate doesn’t care. Disappointing at best, unethical really.
