Everything was expensive. But, it's expected.
This has to be the worst Jaguar dealership I've ever been to. My car went in for service, they had my car for 6 days. Correspondence was lacking, when I called I was being transferred all over. When I finally picked my car up it wasn't washed it was dirtier than when it was dropped off. This is the second time I took my car in for service and everytime I take it in the car wash is never working. I was told that my car was vacuumed, it was not even vacuumed properly. I bought a 2005 Jaguar cash, it's beautiful and runs great. My key wouldn't unlock the door anymore so I call this company and they don't work on Jaguars older than 2015. All I wanted was a key made or a new lock. I was told they couldn't help me, not even give the name of a Jaguar company that could help. 😓
