Joe in service went above and beyond when I had to schedule my F-Pace for a special diagnostic appointment. He updated me during the testing as well as followed up a few days later to make sure all was working. His communication was above and beyond.
Stori in service is awesome. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Goes above and beyond to make things smooth and easy. The receptionist is delightful and I have very much enjoyed my chats with her while she's getting my loaner car. My experience there has been great from start to finish, literally not a single complaint.
