I purchased two great used cars from this dearlership for my two daughters. From the time I entered the car lot until the time I left; I experienced excellent service from each employee I encountered. I feel confident knowing that my daughters are driving a safe and durable car. It was a great day for all us as We surprised my 16 year old daughter with a new car, big red bow on the hood, the works!!! Thank you Lee Owens for making my girls very happy.

We found ourselves stranded in Arkansas due to getting bad gas in Hazen, Arkansas (T’Ricks) and our rental car (a Jaguar) was brought here to be serviced. From start to finish Don and Zach in the service department were hospitable and professional. If we ever buy a Jaguar (and we will be in the market this upcoming summer) my husband says we will come back up here (from Dallas) THAT’S how impressed he was by their service �
I went in for a scheduled recall repair on my Jaguar. The service technician Greg was extremely helpful but I had to wait hours for him to tell me that they didn’t have all the parts to finish my repair. He did at least offer to make sure that I have a courtesy car available for my next appointment. Excellent waiting room and everyone was very courteous.
Everyone has been extremely nice & helpful from the purchase of my Jaguar F-Pace to my first service. They’ve answered my questions & always inquired to see if they can do more. My vehicle has been great to drive! I drive quite a bit and it’s very comfortable & I feel safe. Thank highly recommend Jaguar of Little Rock & Matt for a salesperson!
Service Department has been courteous and work hard at satisfying the customer. Although the last service wasn’t very satisfying. There was insulation piece left in the back seat and my back right rim was scratch up pretty bad. Return for service on 5 October 17 and waiting for repairs to be completed.
