My husband and I stopped by yesterday in hope of purchasing a vehicle. We were looking at the Land Rovers and Jaguars for 15 minutes and no one came out to ask if we needed help. After realizing that in order to get any assistance we would need to go inside. A salesman just happened to be walking out as we got to the door and we asked if he could help us. I was told two different things about my oil change service. Apparently the first service person we spoke with wasn’t very knowledgeable about the issue. They told me 10,000 and let me make an appointment. I get there and I was informed that was wrong. I drove an hour and a half to find this out. 😡
When I take my car in for service you couldn’t be treated any better.
