I was very happy with the sales experience. There were no pressure sales and with my busy schedule they were able to get me in and out so I could get on with my day while I made my decision. The service was very personalized and I felt pretty special walking out of the dealership after my purchase. I have not had a chance to drive my new car yet or have a need for servicing the car, but it won't be long and I can write a follow up review.

I would like to view a small important point, 90% of the staff had been changed under new Suburban Collection team , with my full respect to all costumers feedback, you will discover big big changes in every thing, service, sales, managments, we have great Managers for service and entire dealer, we work as one team.....so any one had bad feedback before (I mean the old staff), He or she will find big changes when visiting the dealer under new managemt staff. Poor service. Do Not go to this location. Apparently, under new management. HANDS DOWN, the WORST experience in my life! Took months to get a loaner car and when I did get one, no tags & non working horn. Furthermore, the staff are liars and treat u awful!
