RecommendedWe bought our F pace at another dealership but have had all our service here in Troy. They are very accommodating and have done a wonderful job each time.
I bought my XE from this dealership 2.5 years ago and was totally impressed with the purchasing experience. Since then the Service dept. has been equally impressive. They turn the car around quickly at each service and the staff are friendly, efficient, and totally customer-focused.
Awful experience worst I have ever had with a dealership. Didn't expect this poor service from a Jaguar dealership. I was sold a lemon. This XF has so many problems that's not being addressed properly. And yes it was bought used and the car was NOT checked out properly. Just sold and said fuk the customer. I have called corporate, get a run around for the GM, now trying to contact the Owners and this Pam szaguli.
