Ordered a part from their online site on Friday 10-17-25 and paid $50 for overnight shipping with the website saying delivery on Monday 10-20-25. On Monday the dealer hadn't even shipped the part out and I called and talked to Estavan in the parts department. He wouldn't refund shipping or make any other concessions for their error but assured me that the part had shipped out that morning with overnight delivery and I would receive it the next morning.
