Excellent service, quick and easy. A beautiful loaner was provided, which is a fantastic bonus. My service advisor, Charrica, is thorough and very helpful. The best service dealership in Miami-Dade.

My recent first visit to Jaguar of Coral Gables was a very pleasant one. Mr. Josue Obregon was very friendly and professional. He explained everything to be done on my car and was efficient in making our needs met. Highly recommended.
3 things… #1: The staff are extremely friendly and professional. They accommodate you with an Uber ride home if you drop your car off, but they do not offer one to bring you back. Which cost me $50. #2: I called and told them I was on my way to pick up my car at 1pm arrived at 3pm and had to sit for 2 hours until 5pm for my car to be brought down to me. Mind you they did 0 work on the car they only inspected it and cleaned it. So when you call be specific that you’d like your car ready when you arrive or it might take 5 hour... read more
