I have been a patient at this office since I was 10 years old. I am now a mother of two, and I bring my own children here. That is over two decades with the same practice. When Dr. Piga retired, she trusted Dr. Abraham to take over her patients. I understand why. The office is now part of Children's Health, but the care has stayed the same. Called to ask if the practice was accepting new patients and was told yes. I was simply looking for a pediatrician to establish care for my child. Once I shared those details, I kept getting directed elsewhere. After the rep kept going in circles, I suspected there was an issue with the female doctor, Dr. Chor, wanting my child as a patient, so I asked for the male doctor and was then told that Dr. Abraham would not accept her as a new patient. Interesting.
Both doctors at this office are wonderful! We primarily see Dr. Chor but have also met with Dr. Abraham, and our experience with both has been excellent. They are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and truly take the time to listen to concerns and answer questions thoroughly. You never feel rushed during appointments, and they do a great job making both parents and kids feel comfortable.
