I’ve been a patient of Dr. Choi’s for over 10 years, and I can honestly say that he has always been professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. What I appreciate most about Dr. Choi is that he always looks at the root of the problem rather than recommending unnecessary treatments. This office is blatantly discriminatory. The receptionist flat-out refused to book an appointment over the phone, which no legitimate medical or dental office does. Instead, I was told to text a photo of my insurance card so they could “see my name” — which comes across as nothing more than a way to check whether I’m Korean before deciding if I’m worth scheduling. That is biased, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Healthcare offices are supposed to treat all patients equally, not selectively based on ethnicity. The way this o... read more
