They were extremely friendly, communicative, proactive and attentive to my request. I asked if it was possible to change the color of the flowers, since the color did not match the birthday boy's basketball team, and they immediately said YES. They contacted me a day before to confirm the new color of the flowers and the color of the decorative numbers. The flower arrangement/bouquet is extremely personalized and beautiful. I highly recommend J'Adore Les Fleurs.
