I saw him several times at a local pain clinic. I once asked him a question about a difficult medical situation of mine, and wear he recommended. He stood up and said, 'I recommend you find a new pain clinic.' Completely lacking compassion or bedside manner of any sort. He has zero business being a medical provider.

I brought my records from another clinic and the staff shredded them. Then they told me to pay for them to print them out. I never got care. No letter of why I was declined. I have not been on pain medication for a year. I have a rare disease, SLR, autoimmune syndromes. I called the staff several times for my records. Spoke to Alexis. She asked me a question then proceeded to raise her voice and talk over my answer. On this date 10/30/2023 between 1500-1515.
I have been a client of Dr Shiller, for many years now and He and his team Are Some of The Most Wonderful People in the Pain Management Field, today. He (They) Never Forget that You Are A Human Being and You just happen to be in a very horrific situation, that doesn’t Allow for you to Be Who You Are, due to exquisite, breathtaking, life flashing before your eyes, Pain. I went to him for a sinus infection. He was blatantly disrespectful and obviously annoyed that I came. He refused to give me medicine and told me to take over the counter medicine. Didn't want to exam me even though I had a 101 fever. Ended up at hospital ER where I was given proper care for a sinus infection. I will never let him treat me again. He isn't even a doctor he is a nurse practioner. If he didn't want to help me he should have had someone else see me. He was telling me it was my own fault and I didn't feel safe ar... read more

Jadeh was wonderful when I went to the urgent care last weekend. Very thorough and super smart. He was also kind. Loved him!
