Sterile, experienced. I went to this business last winter and got my tragus pierced. The piercer was very friendly, and talked with my friend and myself about body modification for quite some time before actually doing his work. It made both of us feel more comfortable in the shop, and we learned Daniel definately knew his stuff. My piercing was quick, and nearly painless.
