Broad Ripple's Best Kept Secret I was nervous about moving to Jade North. I lived in a secure locked lobby apartment for 16 years & was concerned about my feeling of security. I've lived here six months & I feel very safe. The apartment is spacious and the appliances are nearly new. The courtyard view from my balcony is lovely, especially on summer nights when the lanterns line the balconies. Great Value and Location I have lived at Jade North for over a year now and I can say it is probably the best value this close to Broad Ripple. The best feature of the complex is the maintenance - so prompt. If it’s a small request it will usually be taken care of within a few business hours. Jade North also offers a lot of amenities for the price. Covered parking is a great deal. Drawbacks are: 1. The washing machines are down pretty frequently; 2.
