If I could give 0 stars, I would. Luckily I have moved around many times in my life, and have had the blessing of experiencing what good business entails. Jade Communications is the opposite of good business. They do not care about their customers, and it is very clear. They are over-priced and taking advantage of a poor community in their services. This company provides substandard internet services from the beginning, however if you make it passed that part you will find more unprofessional behavior when you decide to sever services with them. I had internet services with Jade Communications for a little over a year when I determined it was a waste of money every month to pay for hit or miss slow internet service. I am writing this review to educate anyone who opts to enter into an agreement with jade communications. I obtained only internet service through Jade; therefore, receiving only a modem at the residence. I'm moving; therefore, I called to cancel services. I was informed by customer service that I am to return the modem and satellite dish. I informed the customer service rep that I did not have a satellite dish installed only a modem. We have had trouble with Internet and phone with other providers in the valley. From Internet going down to radical changes on the bill. Jade is a straight forward no hassle company. Internet and phone works great. Top notch customer service in a top notch company. And it's actually affordable.
