Very Helpful Staff I wish I had remembered to ask her name, but I'd like to give major props to the short girl with dark hair who rang me up the other day. Jade Beauty Supply This store has every kind of hair care product you can imagine. The prices are very reasonable as well. They also carry makeup, hair brushes, irons and hair dryers.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Do not buy from this place!! This place has the WORST customer service, do not buy from them!! I have been a loyal customer for quite some time now, buying products that I could easily find for cheaper online. I had a bad experience with one of the employees last week, asked to speak to a manager or the owner who's occasionally in the store, only to be told they wouldn't give out the manager's name. Very poor customer service - find somewhere else to get your supplies! I've been going to this beauty supply store for a couple of years. I recently purchased an eyebrow tint kit (the same as I've purchased for years now). I took it home, but the results were not at all the same. I looked at the package and the color of the tint was a sticker placed over the original color, which was much darker. I took the kit back to the store and pointed out the issue. Dont buy beauty appliances here! I bought an expensive curling iron from here only to find out it contains lead when I opened the box! I tried to exchange the iron for another brand the next day, but because of their "store policy" I couldnt even get store credit! I cant believe they would sell appliances that contain lead without even notifying their customers about it!
