Doctor listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.
Didn’t even get to speak to the doctor? Just his assistants. Makes no sense why I must come in and pay a copay mind you, just to get talked to by the assistants and NOT the actual doctor.
Entire team was helpful as always.Dr. Khalil take his time explaining all possible solutions.
He has been so honest with me. I like a Doctor who is honest. He is the best! I don’t think I would trust another orthopedic surgeon with my back.

Took the time to answer any questions. Explained the situation well and offered some options to consider.
Had to recently have a revision of my battery for my spinal cord stimulator implant, because the battery was spinning around in the original placement. I specifically asked for the new location to be higher up on my back away from any folds that would make it difficult to charge the unit. He disregarded my request and literally put it may e an inch to two inches higher than the last one. Because of the placement of the previous implant it has caused muscle damage in that location. Waited for 90 min, went downstairs for a business call and returned, front desk called somebody and then told me I had to reschedule because I left the room. Clearly Dr Khalil does not need a patient, why overbooking? I planned ahead and needed hours to get to the appointment and yet patients can wait 90 min but not the doctor. No explanation, no empathy, nothing
