Jaquie went above and beyond for us. We had a very difficult seller who was unresponsive and unreasonable. She negotiated with them and got us the house we wanted.
Half way through the transaction, we find out the buyer did not qualify for the loan they were approved for. The buyer's agent was uncooperative, uncommunicative, and rude. If it weren't for Jacqui stepping in and suggesting to the buyer's agent that they contact a mortgage broker, rather than stay with the credit union, my deal would not have gone through. You want someone who knows their business and gets the job done, and that's what Jacqui did. Glad she was on my side!
