Went to Jacqui Werribee plaza this afternoon to do some shopping for my wife. There was this girl behind the counter unfortunately working there as a customer service representative didn’t even acknowledge us and continuously looking at her nails and hands. No hello no smile ….pathetic customer service skills. Then I asked her about the price of one of the tops and the way she answered me was disgusting and very very rude and I have decided to tell her that her behaviour was not acceptable and doesn’t suit her job title …ins... read more
