Alma Guadarrama provided excellent customer service!! At the playa vista facility. As we entered she immediately greeted my daughter and I with an awesome smile. She was very professional. I observed her being polite and acknowledging all patients. Lab employee Garcia was extraordinary, friendly she drew My daughters blood and she felt no pain, just a pro. I love this modern professional facility.
Dr. Tran has been our family doctor for years and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Tran. I recommend Dr. Tran to all my family and friends and I will continue to do so. Thank you, Dr. Tran!
Not very friendly. She made very little eye contact and seemed very ill at ease. The whole 15 minutes felt more like a job interview than a wellness check!
