My fiancé and I started taking our new puppy here. The staff was nice at first. Our first couple of visits he got shots, dewormed, etc. Things were okay, but they were really not clear about when he needed more shots...even if we asked. The second visit our puppy got a heartworm preventative. He was not put on tick and flee medicine because they said he did not need it. Well within the next couple of weeks he had ticks.
