I was having problem hearing in both of my ears and was very concerned that I could not hear anyone or anything. I saw Dr. Rufo and she determined that I had wax build up in my ears and removed the wax within minutes. Needless to say, I was pleased that I could hear again. She was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would recomment her to anyone that has problems with their ears, nose, or throat. Excellent service.
