I really thought she would listen to me about all these chronic symptoms I was having. Instead, after our FIRST visit she called me to tell me that she messed up and switched my records with someone else’s. HUH?! Then, I went again and she referred me to a bunch of places, which was good, but when I called the other places they had received NO referrals from Lobsiger. After seeing Dr. after Dr, we finally got someone who actually cares and listens to our concerns. She has saved our lives (literally!) more than once. She takes her time and gives it her all! Best medical experience we've ever had! Bert & Ernie

So disappointed. I've been looking for a PCP who will listen, care and work with me. I thought Jacqueline was that provider from the experience I had in my first meeting with her; however, I was wrong. I came to re-fill my only prescription I had been previously prescribed from another provider (one would think that would be simple). The hands down worst medical experience ever. Zero manners. Didn't tell me I had to be off medication to take one test which I had to pay for out of pocket. The list goes on. No wonder I could get an appointment quick.

They billed my insurance a fraudulent claim for services not rendered. Front desk did not communicate with me that a lab test would be part of my visit, so I was not prepared and declined the lab test. I asked for the test to be removed from my bill before leaving the office. It was not removed and my insurance provider was charged. I have been calling Granger medical for months but nothing has been done.
