Dr Kaiser is *thorough* and provides great communication written, oral and via text. The texts were extremely helpful; they were reassuring and kept me on schedule. My experience went so smoothly, I was amazed. The staff and Dr Idalgo at Advent Health were top notch. My colonoscopy was 'easy peasy' Thank you, Dr Kaiser!
Dr. Kiser is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She's compassionate, and thorough, and has a wonderful staff. It's very difficult to find a doctor's office that has both a great doctor and a great staff. in the world of physicians, who are being worked to their limits, as inhabe observed during past 16 years Dr. Kaiser has never lowered her standards in patient care. She genuinely cares and provides excellent care herself and ensures that her team also steps up to her standards. As sometimes the Drs are excellent but their team cannot meet their standards.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kaiser for many years. She is not only a great Dr., but a wonderful listener and extremely empathetic. During a consult on 2020, she showed such compassion as I tried to hold back tears telling her my 59 year old brother was dying of Stage 4 colon cancer and had little time to live. I have been a patient of Dr. Kaiser for many years. She is one the best doctors. She knows the history on all my past surgeries prior to being her patient. She is attentive to specific needs for my care. I have full confidence in her abilities. She spends the time with me as needed to explain everything in terms I understand. She is detail oriented. More importantly she is kind with her patients. Her office staff are great as well and they have been with her for years.
