I recently had a office visit and a colonoscopy with Dr. Kaiser. She is by far one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. She actually cares and it means a lot. I was well informed which made the colonoscopy prep easy and stress free. If I could have Dr. Kasier as my PCP, I would without hesitation. She is simply the best in the business.
Dr Kaiser is caring, professional and explains everything in simple, easy-to-understand language. She readily answers questions and explains anything that you don’t understand. I would highly recommend her!
I was happily surprised by the absence of a TV or music in the waiting room - nice and quiet. The receptionist was friendly and prompt. Dr. Kaiser answered my questions, explained the procedure, and gave me written instructions. My prep day was accompanied by helpful and reassuring text messages. The colonoscopy and recovery went well. I will highly recommend Dr. Kaiser to family and friends. Excellent!

The office is full of professionals who are responsive and knowledgeable. They put you at ease and answer all your questions. Dr. Kaiser is easy to talk to and makes you feel extremely comfortable in what could be an awkward situation. I would recommend her 1000%.
Dr. Kaiser took the time to listen to my concerns and shortly after examination she provided the options available to me and explain the process in detail. Surgery went better than what I expected and so has been recovery. The automated text messages reminder have also been great with directions of what should be expected prior to surgery, after and during recovery. I had a delicate situation that had disrupted my life for over a year. She took the time to listen and was able to correct the problems surgically. I am still healing, but so much better than I was . I’m excited to get my life back. She was referred by another surgeon who I trust implicitly. I love the office team, the kindness and patience, and the willingness to educate on the procedure. I also love the daily sms digital journey that reminds me what to expect each day as I heal.
