Dr. Kaiser took the time to listen to my concerns and shortly after examination she provided the options available to me and explain the process in detail. Surgery went better than what I expected and so has been recovery. The automated text messages reminder have also been great with directions of what should be expected prior to surgery, after and during recovery. I had a delicate situation that had disrupted my life for over a year. She took the time to listen and was able to correct the problems surgically. I am still healing, but so much better than I was . I’m excited to get my life back. She was referred by another surgeon who I trust implicitly. I love the office team, the kindness and patience, and the willingness to educate on the procedure. I also love the daily sms digital journey that reminds me what to expect each day as I heal.
The procedure was a sensitive one in which Dr. Kaiser did a fantastic job removing my painful hemorrhoids! During the surgery, she ensured everything was done to perfection! Based on her medical notes, I was grateful she took the time to go back to a problem area and did some more fine tuning to ensure it was surgically repaired to her satisfaction, as she is a perfectionist. Had colonoscopy Test messages very helpful during prep… Dr Kaiser is a first class physician… she always makes you feel very comfortable explains everything! This was my 4th procedure. I highly recommend her…

Very comforting initial consultation appointment. Very helpful text message reminders on preparation steps. Very easy procedure with a detailed report on findings & actions taken. I’ll be returning to Dr. Kaiser when due for my next colonoscopy. This was my 3rd colonoscopy & the easiest by far.

The easiest colonoscopy both prep and procedure I have had to date. (3rd one). Doctor went over different options on prep and it seemed easier with no nausea at all this time. The report that she gave me at the end was so easily understood and professional. Great doctor and experience.

Dr Kaiser is very caring and thorough in delivering information and in prompting me for my colonoscopies especially considering my family history. Her team’s availability and follow up during prep is amazing. It felt like they were there with me the entire way through the process. I highly recommend them.
Professional and caring. Great experience from beginning to end. Drove an hour to see Dr Kaiser. Well worth the drive. Highly recommend, no matter how far you are from her office;)
