Dr. Kaiser is excellent. She is knowledgeable and caring. Her staff does a wonderful job, too. I have been to four other doctors in the past ( they keep retiring ). Dr. Kaiser and her office are the best.
From the start Dr. Kaiser explained everything, which was great to put my fears of the procedure. She told me she would take great care of me and she did. Much thanks to her and her great staff!
Dr. Kaiser is phenomenal! She is beyond knowledgeable, professional and kind! She makes you feel comfortable considering the circumstances. I trust her completely. She is amazing! Prior to my colonoscopy, her office would send me daily texts reminding me what to eat, not eat, when to start the cleanse - all of this was incredibly helpful! I wish all docs did this! Her staff is amazing as well. Patient, kind and they listen to you... you are not just a number there.. they care!
I think she is the best in Central Florida! She listens, she explains, and she really cares. Her staff is professional, and caring like her. She will only do surgery if needed, she is not quick to jump to the knife. I am grateful I found her.
Dr. Kaiser and her team are incredible. From the office exam to my procedure at the hospital, I appreciate the high level of personal and professional care I received every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Kaiser.
