My family has been going to Dr. Kaiser for more than 15 years and she is our family proctologist. We love her. Her bedside manner is great and her staff is very attentive. I personally credit Dr. Kaiser for saving me from a situation that could have led to colon cancer. Excellent physician and staff!
Dr. Kaiser performed a routine colonoscopy. This doctor is kind, attentive, explains things in easy to understand terms and truly focuses on the client during consult. This was my third visit over the years with Dr. Kaiser and I will return to her for routine exams and non-routine issues.
Dr. Kaiser and her team make the office visits, prep, and colonoscopy as “easy” as possible. They are very friendly, reassuring, and professional. I like that I received verbal and written instructions during the office visit, then received automated texts throughout the prep day that reassured me that I was preparing correctly. Also greatly appreciated the anti nausea script that prevented projectile vomiting. Well done!
